Pursued by recruiter, told to prepare for weeks in advance. Was told about multiple technical rounds. Did not apply, will not do technical interviews, much less so many rounds and so much time, especially as company fires continuously.
The interview process was pretty smooth. A bit of systems architecture and some on SDK designs. There weren't anything too surprising. I thought it went very good. Meta Internal Recruiter (her email is internal meta) contacted me with the usual 'your experience, skills are impressive blah blah, lets schedule an interview...blah blah'. I scheduled interview with the internal meta recruiter and she never showed up to the interview. I took time off from my current project to make time for her to interview me about my 30+ years of experience in tech industries. Long after our scheduled interview time slot was over, she finally responded to my messages with a statement that she decided I do not have all the experience that is clearly stated on my resume, linkedin, etc. It was super disrespectful of my time and I don't appreciate a recruiter accusing me of having a linkedin and resume that is falseified. It was truly bizarre.
