Multiple interviews via zoom, 3 stages of interviews. First with recruiter, then hiring manager, then team of peers. They also provide the opportunity to talk to ambassadors in the organization who really are ill equipped to answer questions about the organization or the role. They are supposed to tell you what the company is like to work for.

The interview process consisted of an initial conversation with the recruiter, a hiring screen, and a full loop interview. The team was extremely efficient with scheduling, and Karen Purdy was outstanding throughout the entire process. She provided thorough preparation support at each stage, including background information on each interviewer and clear guidance on their specific focus areas. Karen was truly wonderful to work with and made the experience both smooth and engaging. Her support made me even more excited about the opportunity to join Meta.
