The interview process followed a similar structure to college courses- a bit of prep work before and then met with 4 different groups of 1-2 current employees. They all clearly go through interview training and approached the process and question similarly. Seemed a bit inefficient as many of the groups asked similar or the same questions.

Have some STAR Method examples ready to go. The case study wasn't too difficult. In fact, it felt deceptively simple, it may make you feel like you're missing something. Just stick to the information provided, it's tempting to Google outside information, but it may end up hurting you. The process moved super quick in the beginning and then slowed. I wish they could streamline it, but I imagine they have dozens, if not hundreds, of folks interviewing for the same roles.
