Went through 7 rounds of interview. After the final round there was no response from the HR. Unresponsive to emails,calls . HR didn't even have the courtesy to communicate after the final round

First scan with HR, followed by a loop of 8 interviews, two of which technical, the others behavioural. The types of questions where like: “describe a time when you had to improve a direct report performance, how did you proceed?”

Way too long, met more than 5 different people and they asked more or less the same questions in a different way. Felt like a waste of time for me. They never provided feedback
