Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Meta (Menlo Park, CA) en ago 2019
Entrevista
The process itself was reasonable but it took awhile to hear that I was declined. No reason given. The most annoying part was being contacted 3 more times over the next 6 months by different recruiters. They should keep a record of who they have contacted and why they were declined and not bother them again.
I was told I was interviewing for one job and built my presentation specifically for that. The night before I was told that job was no longer available but they would interview me for a role and Instagram. When I showed up for the interview (24 hours later), I was told the Instagram job was no longer available so I would talk with another team.
The onsite recruiter who was my liasion for the day was fairly new. She focused solely on the food at FB. The whole experience was surreal.
I will never interview with FB again.
