Firstly, I was reached out from their HR, she recommended to join FB SG. Also I had referral from my friend who works in FB. But she rejected that referral, I had to proceed own way. Before I took 2times interviews, HR changed the interview start time again and again. One of interviewers spoke too fast because she was late to interview time, so I couldn’t understand her questions sometimes.
I don’t think it’s a professional attitude.
It was a great interview made it all the way to in-person but misunderstood a question which is why I believe I wasn't selected for the role. Great experience though.

I was given a prompt about sneakers and told to basically come up with an advertising plan.

Entrevista
There were 2 rounds of phone screenings (one with a recruiter and then one with someone on the SMB team) and then an in-person 3 hour interview.
The in person interview was with various SMB team members and there was also a business case presentation.
The interview was definitely not standard as they ask you to present a business case and some people receive their business cases prior to the interview and some are given it live in the interview.
