The questions were about past work experience, checking the attitude and if you'd be able to fit into the role and work with other cross functional roles, and some scenarios/ cases wherein the requirement was to share a rough strategy/ plan for FB.
E.g. if your client is a an Indian major OEM and is already spending heavily on TV, what would you do to move them to FB.
How would you attack company's idea of relying on their push notification strategy
Hard - expect all the behaviourial questions as if you have experienced all of it.the easy part is using data to influence sales part because it is more logical.

The process was great. Super structured and lots of questions during the interview loop. You need to prep a lot, but otherwise if you really understand the role and goals and industry you are interviewing with you are good. The media /performance experience is still required.
