Applied online, got an email for a phone interview. I asked the recruiter for some clarification about the interview, but she didn't respond. After two reminders, she answered me in a vague and cold way.
After a week, I got an email to do another similar phone interview.
After around two weeks I got invited for 4 onsite interviews. I asked the recruiter for some clarification about the time it would take to process a visa, and she said it might take a while so they will do it over video conference.
She also seemed to be very confused about what role I was interviewing for. At the beginning she though that I was interviewing for users operations, and at another point she thought I was applying for the french market. I also asked the recruiter if there was a certain dress code that was expected, she also did not respond
The recruiting coordinator gave me a wrong link for the video conference, which resulted in a delay in my first interview, which in turn, shortened the time of the interview. The interviewer did not introduce himself, and quickly went to the questions. We had other technical difficulties from their side during that first interview which made me very uncomfortable. All three other interviews were enjoyable and interesting. When I received an email that I was unsuccessful, I asked the recruiter for some feedback and explained to her that my performance in that first interview was affected by the technical difficulties. She has not responded.
All in all, the interview questions were interesting, and gave me a feel of what is Facebook like.
However, I was super disappointed by the performance of the recruiter and her confusion, as well as the technical difficulties that I faced which affected my performance.
