Applied online, a recruiter contacted me by email to set up an initial call. The first interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions as well as questions about user/product/market analysis. Having knowledge of basic market research methodology is essential.

Interviewer was nice & friendly but somewhat distracted. He requested to cut 45 mins to 30 mins before any conversation even started, may be due to lunch hours. Ran through resume and job experiences, very easy flowing conversation that makes you wonder if it was a serious assessment
