It was very professional and they made me feel very comfortable! I was not qualified for the therapy position as I have only done individual therapy. They ask me to apply for other positions!
Phone screen, panel interview, video and video questions used to understand how you handle conflict resolved situations on a team of with clients. Second interview with director level staff. Shadow in program with team and clients.

Lengthy process. Require personality test, HR interview, multiple phone conversations and finally the location interview. None of the interviews were relevant to my skill set. I truly felt they wanted to get the least expensive employee regardless of experience or ability. If you have time to waste or want interview experience, this is a great option. If you want a career, you might want to continue looking.
