First round - HR called to check if english skills are adequate and if still interested in applying Second round after two weeks - 1 hour interview with potential manager, lots of questions regarding data handling and personality Third round after another two weeks - Another one hour interview with a someone in New York, emphasis on my personality and if I am a good fit. Felt good after the call, I was told that they will let me know their feedback in a week. Problem is that it has been already 6 months and the company totally ghosted me, no response at all to my emails to multiple people involved, no response to my phone call to HR. I personally felt this is highly unprofessional, especially after three exhausting interviews and nothing but good remarks from their side
