The interview is though. It is made up of serveral steps:
After they reached me out asking general questions I had:
-Face to face initial interview with one manager
-Assessment test with other candidates: a full day assessment
-Business case and presentation to all the managers and directors
All the steps were in English. After that, the HR will contact you to let you know if you are suitable for the company.
High professional and very stimulating interviews. Even if it hard, it is very stimulating.

2 rounds of interviews. The first round was a phone screen discussing the role and the requirements of the job. Second round was a video call interview with behavioral questions, no technical component.

Standard process for an in-person interview. Questions were more challenging than I anticipated but I was provided time to think through the questions and was not rushed. Overall the interview went well.

Interview was in person with a 4 person panel from the site. Interview questions were challenging but they offered plenty of time to answer each question. I was given the opportunity to ask questions once they were finished.
