The interview was good. It wasn’t too long. They asked a few questions and then the manager went into another room and called me and I had to give what we had to offer and how it would help them so they wouldn’t cancel their service.

After applying online and speaking with a recruiter on the phone I met with a team manager who interviewed me. She asked the basic interview questions. And had me do a role play to see how my call flow was and to see how I would sell the products she gave me on a piece of paper. It was easy aside from not knowing enough info about the products.
