Entrevista
Started an interview with a resume drop. The recruiter I met and worked with was absolutely amazing. I have never had a recruiter be that thorough and detail-oriented in giving feedback and prepping for interviews. She really allowed me to be ready for my very best answers.
Did two phone calls before being invited onsite. First one included brainteasers that were not too difficult but probably tried to get at how I think about data-based problems. They also definitely assessed my statistical intuition (how you think about x data set v. y data set). Second interview asked in a lot of detail about the projects I worked on - everything from what motivated them, how I implemented them (both technically and ideologically), what were some of the challenges, etc.
Onsite was intense in structure but really chill. I had a number of short interviews with people from all over the company, but those mostly asked things about my interest in LiveRamp and the future of their products. They also offered really genuine feedback in response to my questions.
An important part of the interview is a presentation you give. You get a topic well in advance and can prepare for it, so that no questions you are asked in Q&A come as a surprise. This was actually very useful as it allowed some insight into the way their employees think and ask questions.

Nothing too specific. Most questions assessed general ability to reason through problems and see how you would break down a challenge into smaller pieces.

Applied on LinkedIn, recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen went well and the recruiter seemed helpful and engaged. He moved me to the next round to meet with the hiring manager. When I met with the hiring manager, our conversation seemed to be going well and he asked if we could chat a bit longer than the time we had scheduled. He talked about next steps but then I was ultimately ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter and recruiting coordinator multiple times as well, but I haven't heard back at all(not even a canned rejection email) and it's been over a month now. Seems like most candidates have been ghosted based on the other reviews here - super unprofessional and disappointing.

Tell me more about your experience working on identity resolution or identity graph focused products.
Met with the recruiter for the role only for them to tell me that they are looking at an internal candidate for hire. When asked why schedule candidates for external call, it was clear it was merely a formality for documentation sake and nothing more. What an absolute waste of time as the recruiter didn't share information about the team, the role or any other details.

Pretty standard 4ish rounds of interviewing. Went through all of them and got positive feedback. Then I was ghosted. I reached out, nothing. When are employers going to understand that this isn't professional, polite, or acceptable? They said this was a priority role,
