There was just one round of interviews over the phone. The interview was very relaxed and friendly, and they are very interested in just learning more about your background and the details of your accomplishments from your resume. It was an overall great experience, and the people at the El Segundo office were overall very professional.

The process consisted of 2 behavioral phone interviews by senior engineers. They were both very laid back and I really enjoyed talking to my interviewers. I heard back about an offer about a week later.

Phone & in-person interview. Very brief 15 minute personal interviews with several members of the staff. Lasted a couple of hours. Mostly asked to describe previous research experience - couldn't discuss much more beyond this since the time was so short. A few technical questions, mostly related to things on my resume.
