Phone interview with hiring manager, followed by on-site panel interview with three engineers. The panel asked me about my past experiences and a few technical questions as well as some common behavioral questions.
Pros: Friendly people, treat you like an individual rather than a checklist, questions weren't too difficult, nice location
Cons: Hiring manager was absent that day, didn't get the job

Phone screening followed by one on one interview. The one on one made no sense, there was no structure and the questions that were asked weren’t even for listed technologies or languages that were in the job description.

Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
