Entrevista
I was asked to go into further detail about my experience and education over email before I was scheduled for an in-person interview. When I arrived for my interview, the department manager and supervisor conducted the interview. The questions were your typical interview questions but sort of rapid fire and it was tough to keep up with. The supervisor spoke very quickly like they were nervous as well and it made it tough to understand what was being asked.

How would you react if I asked you to move a literal mountain?
It was an in person interview. It was two part interview. First we were dividing into groups of 4 and given a Case study and we had to discuss for 30 minutes and present it to the interviewers. The second part was individual Behavioural interview, where two interviewers will sit in a room with your resume and ask you about your experience and possible technical question (Excel).
Pretty straight forward. Case study with 2 other applicants. Then a behavorial interview with 2 Leidos employees. But I did come in a group of 20 with another group going before.
Somewhat difficult. There was a group interview and that was a little bit surprising to me. So all in all it was a neutral experience i would say in terms of the process.
