Painfully long and useless. It took 4+ months right from pre-screen round to Onsite results. I was contacted in April 1st week for my application. I was asked few basic question regarding technologies I know. After 1 week I was scheduled for a phone round with Hiring Manager. Later on I forgot about the company as it had been 2 months since the phone round. June first week I was given a call again for an onsite round which was scheduled for June last week. They paid for all expenses including Flight, Hotel stay and a rental Car for transportation. As I am unable to drive I did not take the rental car and told them that I will arrange my own transportation using Uber. I got an email stating that I can submit Uber receipts for reimbursement which I never asked for. Onsite was pretty avg few SQL questions Tableau exercise, Java, Python exercises. The interview was pretty ok and people were friendly. I was told that it will take 2 weeks for the results. I waited for 5 weeks for their onsite result and what I got was an automated email stating that they are not moving forward. Thank god they didn't select me if they don't have any empathy towards applicants it shows what kind of work culture do they have. PS I am yet to receive my reimbursement amount after 6 weeks!!!

The process was simple. First we looked aty resume, then we delved into my technical details. After that weolked at hypotheticals. Overall, the process was streamlined and simple. The process was also short.
