First was interview with Field trainer at the office then with my District Manager and District HR Manager. They asked questions off from the KnowMe book for interview questions. Very easy interview. Be quantitative. A lot of STAR questions

It certainly wasn't like any other "professional" interview that I've experienced. Asked mediocre questions, half of which did not pertain to the job description. It seemed as if the interview was decided before they appeared on screen. I do get a sense from the interview, it’s a job that promises a lot, but delivers if you have a solid store. If you don’t…

It was quick, nice gentleman. Sadly they waist interviewers time that are applying from outside of Kroger. They say in 2weeks we will let you know. Took a month for them to reach back
It was a quick and smooth interview that went fairly well with questions that were easy. The interviewer was friendly and very nice. I had no problem just being myself.
