Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Kroger (Rochester, MI) en may 2012
Entrevista
Spoke with the hiring manager, explained my work experience and how I wanted to grow with the company. I had to take a drug test and once I passed that, I had to take some training tests about customer service and how to properly work for a grocery store. You learn all about the health codes, ect.
It was pretty standard. asked about what the teacher would say about me and if I can work the closing shift. I believe saying yes to working closing can put your chances of getting higher.
There was a form online you fill out then wait a month for them to tell you that you don't get the job. I think its because I wasn't able to work for a long period of time but they are desperate for workers.
They send an email and inside of the email it gives you a phone number to call. You call that number and then you get redirected to a manager and they ask you questions.
