I had a Teams interview with the director, which was straightforward and conversational. They mainly asked me to talk about myself and responded with situational or behavioral questions, primarily following the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) technique. The focus was on understanding how I handle various workplace scenarios and demonstrate problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Interview was simple and they asked me about myself and situation based questions.
Was ok, but no response till now, its been more than 3 weeks, not a rejection mail or an update from recruiter, really frustrating, if you don’t like a candidate, atleast send him a rejection email.
Processo bem simples e com muita objetividade e fácil de condução. Foram 3 etapas antes do resultado final que foi informada via e-mail aos candidatos. Durante todo o processo o RH foi solicitado para sanar todas as dúvidas.

I was called by a third party recruiter. I had a total of 4 phone calls including the interview itself. They were confident in my abilities and I was grateful of that. I provided them scenarios of my past experience. I was called back by the third party to start in September of 2019.
