Applied online and they called me to set up an interview.
It was a horrible experience. They ghosted me on the day of the interview. I reached out to the recruiter and she had no idea what was going on.
They rescheduled my interview for the next day. I didn't appreciate that they assumed I was an international student and told me that I wasn't eligible for a security clearance when I had never disclosed my legal status with them.
I won't be applying to work there again any time soon.
The interview process was fairly typical, receiving the general questions like tell me about yourself, tell me about a challenge you've overcame, why would you excel in this role and why do you want to work for us.

Entrevista
30 minute call with Managing Director and 30 minute call with team manager. It was a pretty relaxed interview focused on learning about you, your experiences, and your skill set. Very conversational.
A fairly standard interview process which consisted of a phone screen followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Through the first round and phone screen only common questions were asked about behaviourals
