Application effettuata tramite il portale career di KPMG. Risposta in circa un giorno lavorativo. Processo di selezione strutturato in diversi step: 1. video-presentazione, 2. giornata di assessment con diversi test, 3. colloquio motivazionale con recruiter, 4. colloquio tecnico con un manager. Molto efficaci e disponibili. I vari step durano 30' - 1h e sono a breve distanza di tempo (1-5 giorni).

The interview process for the KPMG internship was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application online, I was contacted for an initial screening. The interview focused mainly on my background, interest in KPMG, teamwork experience, and why I wanted to work in professional services. The interviewer was friendly and made the process feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience and not too stressful.
