Application then VI then offer for Face to Face. That took All day. Felt like it was an interrogation. You have a group orientation where they go over basic questions most have like pay scale. Where you will most likely be based and benefits after that a group activity and then a debriefing which is longer than the actual interview. They asked 4 questions or so. I felt it was much more professional than the interview. After the debriefing you wait in line again for your turn to get interview. By the time I got there they were exhausted and acted like they didn’t really care. I was asked 3 questions . My issue was it was like a cattle call. They didn’t seem interested and I wasted a day and parking fees for nothing

So one thing I want to make very clear. I was completely new to the whole FA thing. Make sure you don’t put whatever date on the passport exp day they do check those!! I made it all the way to the end until they checked my passport. Silly in my opinion but rules are rules. Very nice environment, everybody was nice. I was going to get it but when they checked and the dates didn’t match they told me I no longer qualified so don’t risk it!

It was long and tedious. They amp you up and make you feel like you're going to get hired and then disappointment. I honestly don't know what they were looking for to hire because I felt I interviewed very well. There was individual and group settings and I feel I shined in all categories. There was always someone watching.
