There has been a ton of info provided on here already describing what to expect during the interview process, so I would like to give a few tips instead..
- If you can, stay overnight at the hotel the blue review is being held at. This will make you feel at ease knowing there is no chance of getting lost (or delayed by traffic or by weather) on the way to the interview the next morning. You will also feel comforted by the fact that all you need to do to get there is take an elevator ride. In addition, there will most likely be others staying overnight for the blue review and this gives you an opportunity to meet them before the big day.
- When you arrive at the blue review, introduce yourself to others and be friendly/personable. This is the time to show the recruiters watching that you are a people person and enjoy connecting with others. Also, ask a question or two if given the opportunity by the recruiters.
- When you're immersed in the group activity, embrace your listening skills and don't try to talk over your team mates. The recruiters will be hovering over you and want to see that you are considerate of other people's opinions but can also contribute ideas.
- During the 2:1 interviews (technically it is one interview and one debrief), ensure that you are ready to provide specific examples to customer service related questions. Also, at the end, they will ask you if you have any questions for them. I would have at least 2-3 questions ready to ask.
- Keep high energy throughout the interview process. It is a rather long day and you'll want to stay hydrated/bring some snacks. They did not provide a lunch break.
I hope the above was helpful. The blue review was truly the absolute best interview experience I've ever had. You will go in nervous, but once you witness how genuine, engaging and welcoming the recruiters are, you will feel comforted and at ease. They want to see you shine, so go in and put forth the best "you"!

Describe a time where you had to adapt to a change in the work place.
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker or customer and how it was resolved.
The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.
All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th.
I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are.
No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now.
After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
