1) Applied through online application answering basic self questions and two opinion questions on current affairs 2) 9 days later got invited to first round interview which consisted of two 1:1 interviews, 30 mins each. Competency based. 3) 3 days after the initial interview, was invited to attend the assessment centre which consisted with one interview, 45 mins. Group presentation in 'board room' style discussion, 30 mins to prepare from own booklet (everyone has slightly different info), 30 mins to discuss. Then a 1:1 'presentation' to discuss the conclusion of the group discussion, along with questions on performance. 30 mins to prepare, 15 min presenting conclusion and 25-35 mins questions. 4) Received notification of being unsuccessful 5 days later. Overall good experience for future interviews.
