Interviewed with a division of investment banking and capital markets. There was no one coordinating the interviews which resulted in several schedule changes. Rather than having one day where I was able to meet 5 people, I came in on five different occasions and in some cases met with people I wasn't scheduled to meet with. After all this, I was called by someone I had never spoken with to tell me i was no longer in the running. When I reached out to the hiring manager for feedback, he had nothing to say. It was disappointing to be treated in such a manner.

The whole process went pretty smoothly and quick. 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of colleagues in that firm. Ask about previous experience and behavior questions. Interviewers are nice and respected my time

Met with the senior members of the deal and then junior members. Was really focused on getting to know each other and industry knowledge, relevant transaction experience and what I did on each transaction.

Easy technical interview in 1st round but did not get much feedback when rejected. Most likely better candidates. Asked for feedback but did not get any response in return. interviewer did not get into any details.
