met with advisors and market directors in two separate locations. they all asked a bunch of questions about my previous work experience and education. overall very relaxed setting and did not take a crazy amount of time

It was a total of 5 interviews over the course of a month and a half. Twice with the hiring manager, recuiter, two financial advisor teams. Then I recived an offer after two weeks.

The greatest concern was longevity, they wanted to sure I would give the position at least 5 years.
Four part initial interview with over 7 different people, the process was tedious but worth it. Standard interview questions were asked just be yourself and you will do just fine!
