Entrevista
It was an on campus interview consisting of three rounds.
Round 1: Coding Round
Round 2: Communication Skills
Round 3: Hackathon (Code for Good)
After the last round I was pretty confident that I would be selected even doing most work in the hackathon, but 2 members were selected for hiring: One contributed much in hackathon like me but another has petty contributions. This happened with some other teams as well.
Felt bad because less hard-working people than me got the hiring offer.

Pregunta 1
Round 1:
There were 2 coding questions to be solved in 60 minutes. One problem was on string with contructing palindrome in the string(Easy). Second problem was a sliding window problem(Medium).
Round 2:
Describe a situation where you had to take a decision at the last moment.
What do expect working as a team player?
Round 3:
It was their hackathon round where students from different colleges were pooled to make multiples teams of 5-6 members each. The NPO would give a problem statement that we had to provide a solution to in 24 hours.
There was an one-to-one interview by the mentor with each team member in private. They ask your contribution in the hackathon, past projects and future plans etc.
Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
“Did the J.P. Morgan online assessment—no live interview. It was mostly logic and problem-solving questions, not typical leetcode stuff. Fairly tricky, but instructions were clear and the timing felt reasonable
