I walked in the employment center and they made us sign up online at their career site. I waited a while until I was called by an HR employee for an interview. They choose positions for you based on your preferences on their career website. I had a one on one interview with the HR and she sent me directly for an interview with the 2 team managers. I was offered the job the next day.
