Interviews were conducted by eight people of varying experience and technical background. Each one of them was looking into a different aspect of my experience. Difficulty level as average which spoke about the nature of the job.
After the initial phone screen round, there were six face to face rounds.
This was followed by two more phone rounds by pretty senior people from onsite.
