Face to face - 2 rounds of interview. It was on-campus hiring and was primarily for internship program they offer. Smooth, well managed interview process and upon selection, everything was explained and made clear then and there itself by the HR.

Entrevista
Upon submission of resume to Intel's talent acquisition system via Intel website, a recruiter will be calling the suitable candidates for a brief background check and to organize another face-to-face interview with the hiring manager within 2 - 3 weeks if their skills and experiences match with the job requirements. The face-to-face interview with the hiring manager will span from 30 minutes to 2 hours and will involves a lot of interaction between the hiring party and the candidates. The interview format various greatly from a 1:1 interview to a group interview where a few candidates are put together in a conference room and be interviewed by the hiring party which could consists of a few senior employees with the hiring manager to assess the candidates.
