First was an intial phone screening. In this screening they asked me more behavorial kinds of questions. Then after that I had another interview, a techical screening, and then finally an interview with the company they were staffing for.

The recruitment process was disorganized and lacked professionalism.
The tone during interactions felt dismissive and condescending, with little regard for the candidate’s experience or time. The approach came across as arrogant rather than respectful.
After the interviews, there was no proper follow-up or closure, only silence.
A professional hiring process requires structure, respect, and accountability. That standard was not met here.
I would not recommend engaging with this company’s hiring process.
The interview was simple. A couple of meetings with your recruiter, then a simple technical test building an application or solving a puzzle, then whatever the company selected wants you to do.

Entrevista
It was a 2 rounds of interview depending on the client and both were technical. They mainly focus on strong technical and problem solving skills. Interviewer was very friendly during this process.
