A professional hiring process requires structure, respect, and accountability. That standard was not met here. I would not recommend engaging with this company’s hiring process.

The interview was simple. A couple of meetings with your recruiter, then a simple technical test building an application or solving a puzzle, then whatever the company selected wants you to do.
