The interview process was straight forward and typical for consulting positions. Candidates were selected for first round interviews based on their online application (submitted through the company website and the campus recruiting online portal in this case) and were required to complete two interviews: a behavioral interview and a case interview. The behavioral interview was conducted by a recruiter if I recall correctly and questions were focused primarily on past job experiences and how those experiences will translate into future success as an IBM Senior Consultant. The case interview was conducted by a current senior consultant and the case involved a large-scale SAP implementation for a global Fortune 500 company. Candidates were asked how they would plan, structure, and execute their approach to the change management aspect of this client engagement.

Entrevista
After online application submission, next step was a machine-based interview. The Recorded Competency Video is a short assessment that allows you "to demonstrate your workplace competency beyond what a traditional resume allows. You will be presented with a pre-recorded question, and you will be asked to record your response . This is a timed assessment."
"This recorded interview will take between 10-20 minutes to complete. You will respond to multiple prerecorded interview questions. For each question you will be given 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to respond."
I was presented with four questions in total. There was a practice question available that lets you get a feel for the process.
