I applied online and was contacted my a recruiter for a phone screen. After the phone screen with the recruiter was completed I had a phone interview with a future peer colleague and after that was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. That last step was interviewing face to face with the hiring manager.

The interview panels were 3-4 HR leaders. They were very open and friendly. We discussed about the local talent market, recruiting budget, team culture. and so on. Then we talked about how to build, maintain the relationship with business leaders and hiring managers.

3 Tech rounds followed by final salary round discussion. Tech rounds were average to difficult whereas the salary round was non-flexible. Majorly interviews were focused upon Talent acquisition projects, TAT, Analytics, ATS, Diversity & Inclusion
