It was so disappointed to know the prestigious company like IBM, After having word on CTC and saying me to resign from current organization never looked back to send out an offer. This was such an embracing moment for any candidate to trust the company like IBM and blindly believe them and resign from your current organization without holding the offer letter. Such an unprofessional way to treat any candidatures, I never noticed it. Nevertheless, A very good lesson learnt. Please don't attend the interviews in IBM, Manyath Tech Park Bangalore.
