Pre-screening via phone call, mostly in English, no issue there. Followed up by 1 rounf of regular in person interview, 3 people in committee, typical interview questions with a bunch of questions focused on the position specifically and economics.

Entrevista
The phone call lasted about 15 minutes. The interview was easy and I was asked general questions about my education background and my previous work experiences. the interviewer was very kind. No further phone calls or e-mails followed, and after few days I discovered that the job was already taken.

Entrevista
I was approached by two managers that asked me what my experience was, where did I study and work, and that assessed my basic office automation skills. The interview lasted about 1 hour and they were always well-mannered and kind, trying to make it a win-win and seeing if I actually was fit to an English-speaking environment.
