Tell me about a time you prepared for something, and how did your preparation pay off
Typical three stages of interviews, fast response - 1st interview HR, 2nd interview managers within a week and 3rd interview line manager within a week. Offer received a week later. Three to four weeks total.
Pretty straight forward process with behavioral questions and IBM knowledge checks.
What do you know about IBM? Why do you want to work here?
How would you explain IBM to someone who doesn’t know?
