Must pass an initial test to earn a spot in 2-week fulltime unpaid training class. It is a lot of information and extremely difficult if there is no tech knowledge. Must pass final exam to earn an interview. I passed all steps easily. Just to be told no full-time positions available they would call for start date, Multiple calls many times over three months before I gave up and accepted waste of my time and taxpayer money since company hires through Career One Stop locations. Without a doubt 99.999% of clients at the unemployment office for one reason they have no job and need one. For an employer to think that little of a person and their family that needs to eat is unforgivable. I consider myself lucky and can only imagine how they feel and treat their employees once they finally start paying them.
