Easy and quick. Less stressful. Very friendly atmosphere in all the rounds. The discussion round was very good. The first round was a general discussion on the background and then there was a technical round. The thrid round was the IQ test and then I have to give a presentation. I was given 30 minutes to prepare and the presentation was already provided to me. The last round was HR.

How would you access the current covid handling situation in India?
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
