Bad Experience. The Interviewer made me wait for 35 minutes in the call after i had joined. There was no proper communication as of why there was a delay. Also the session was started with just a sorry and nothing more than that. was keen on finishing the interview soon.
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
