Open to referrals, the process of interview and final selection via referral route is very smooth. One or two round with business followed by one with HR round. HCL is currently seeing good growth and is very quick in closing the selection procedure and also taking in people now at good salary range.

Very nice and particular on the job position. All 3 rounds were well organised.HR have emailed complete details + panel was very respectful. They covered all aspects as per the resume and introduce the project and team as well.
RCPG consulting role. College Placement - GD + an interview round with the VP of consulting. 2 rounds of interview. I was asked a few case studies in the interview.
It was for a senior level role. There were 2 rounds of interview. One was mainly on the technical level and another one was managerial. Overall, It was a good interview experience.
