Entrevista
I was Hired by HCL Technologies with 4 rounds of critical interview process.
1) HR Round -- For Communication check and other background verification
2) Technical 1- Technical Test was conducted by round of 3 peoples and was difficult to clear. It will need more patience and presence of mind to clear.
3) Technical 2- Same as above
4) HR Round - Final discursion with manager and other things.
First round was resume shortlisting. Resume get shortlisted then HR will send you interview invitation email. Then second round was coding test they give one coding question to write on paper.

Firstly they ask introduction and directly gave coding question.
First is online assessment, aptitude, coding questions from sql.
If first round qualified means second round which is communication from versant app.
Third round will be interview face to face.

Mostly sql queries and fundamentals.
My experience was good. They first asked for my introduction then straight away starts the technical interview. They starts with basic first asked Oops Concepts, some fundemantal programming starts. Then they gradually increase the level of interview to easy to medium. They only asked one or two hard level questions.
