Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en HCLTech (Pune) en abr 2020
Entrevista
Telephonic screening round followed by 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. Each of the calls lasted about an hour or more. That included a call I had taken with the onshore team at 8pm in the night which went on for around 1.5 hours. After all this hard work, no response from the HR even after multiple follow-ups. When the same HR had to schedule interviews, he had the audacity to call me at 10 in the night. Stopping myself from naming the HR because that could ruin his career. Pathetic pathetic company and pathetic HR. Don't ever waste your time on this.

Basic Java questions from the beaten path, don't expect anything good from these people when they are not even serious about your hiring.

The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
Technical Round 1: Java fundamentals, Map concepts, and basic Spring Boot questions.
Technical Round 2: Java coding problems and problem-solving discussion.
HR Round: Behavioral questions, communication evaluation, and discussion about experience, expectations, and company culture fit.
