The interview process seemed a little disorganized. It was a walkin and we had to wait for about 4 hours before being called in for an interview. The rest of the rounds were done with very qickly on the same day. I was made to feel at ease during the initial screening round and the technical questions were direct and relevant. Some questions were complex and phd. level. But I got an offer even though I couldn answer the very complex phd. level questions.

It was very nice, i was very nervous about the interview but it went well. Hoping for the best. Firstly i was screen selected then i got a call from HCL Tech saying i have been screen selected and they would like to schedule an interview.

GD( current affairs)-Technical (Related to cost accounting, Corporate finance, how to improve EBIT and so on)-HR (Why hcl)and some general questions, line introduce yourself, skills, internship , family background,what do you see yourself after 5 years
There were 3 rounds first one is aptitude second one is hr technical question and then the final Hr round. The first two is hard to crack but the final interview is just for formality to discuss about your future
