It was quite good, technically sound and good knowledgeable person can crack with fluent English. So you can crack the interview easily but also depend on which skill you want to apply.
So first prepare with good English then come to interview any where as it can give you any compensation depend on technology more then your expectations.

All tech que and HR que should be there online as well as offline.
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
