Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en HCLTech (Nueva Delhi) en abr 2017
Entrevista
I interviewed for hcl infrastructure(mainly related to networking) in on campus drive.
There were 5 rounds in selection process
1. Presentation
2. MCQ english test
3. Group discussion
4. Technical interview
5. HR interview
1. Presentation
In the presentation they told us about there company and why are they here for and they told us about the eligibility criteria, nothing much is there in this round to discuss about.
2. MCQ English test
The test was pretty easy the question were of fill in the blanks type and 4 options were given, you have to mark the correct answer in other sheet. there were 20 questions, carrying 1 mark each, which were to be completed within 10 minutes. The cut off was of 12 marks .
3. Group discussion
In this round we were divided in a group of 7-8 students. The HR would just ask straight questions like "Tell me about your favorite movie?", "Is failure important in life?", "How do you review your college?", etc. And HR also gave a sheet containing tongue twisting words like sea shore, shoe size , jeopardy etc.
4. Technical Interview
There were two interviewers asking questions on linux operating system, windows operating system and basic networking questions.
5. HR interview
It was nothing just a signature for assurance that you can work for more than 8 hours and can go to other places for work (like hyderabad, pune, gurgaon).
The interview process was simple and beginner friendly. Most of the questions were basic Java concepts, discussion about projects done in college, and a simple coding question. The interviewers were friendly and focused more on understanding problem-solving approach and communication skills rather than asking very difficult technical questions.
