Pathetic process, highly unprofessional people out there in Bangalore HR team ...interview was conducted on January 14 and I got a mail on February 17 for submitting documents.. HR people just given this unprofessional way of hiring work to outside consultant's because after that HCl is not answerable.....documents uploading and all that is the toughest and pathetic work to do and after everything they are telling you current salary package is too high ....understand you would have got some less expensive people from start ups from Hyderabad and all but you should check a candidates salary before calling him/her for interview..........one advice to HR members out there --leave the organization if your organization is forcing you to do all these cheap things...... From my side I was never ever interested in joining you guys ...

The Job description itself was misleading, it said Job interview is for development role. And they took interviewed me for the same in the first round. In the second round manager started playing games, he said I need to prove myself to get development work till then I should work in validation. Why should I prove after working as developer for 10 years. I even agreed for that. Just 3 days before joining I was told my offer is in hold. It happened to many people. Luckily I had a backup offer.

Have asked only acadamics and resume based questions. Interview panels are well profesional and in depth knowledge about my skills.

the interview process is in 2 rounds 1st a written test then they shorlist the members in the test then a face to face technical interview held and then a hr round
