The first round interview with their new graduate program was two one-on-one interviews. They were the basic behavioral interview style. There was supposed to be a second round interview in which they sent you a case study and then you had a week to solve it. It would be followed up by a phone interview discussing the resolution. The second round was skipped in my case and went straight to the final round. Final round was held in their office as a day long affair. It was a group case study that was scheduled to take most of the day. Then throughout the group case work, members of the group were taken out individually for additional individual behavioral interview and question time. Their graduate program is still in the developmental stage and they are trying to recruit recent graduates and MBA graduates to fill the consultant position.

Evaluate the cause of the business problem given the provided excel spreadsheets. Complete a presentation supporting these ideas.
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
